Rouse Hill and Hoxton Park recycled water pricing submitted to IPART for registration

Sydney Water has submitted its new Development Servicing Plan (DSP) for Rouse Hill and Hoxton Park for registration with the Independent Pricing and Regulatory Tribunal (IPART).

The DSPs set out infrastructure contributions covering the cost of recycled water services for developments in the Rouse Hill and Hoxton Park areas. The contributions are set according to a method determined by IPART.

We review the contributions at least once every five years to ensure they reflect the latest development and cost information.

We expect the new pricing will be implemented within the next four weeks and will provide an update when the new DSPs come into effect.

If you have any questions about this process, or the Draft plans please email developercharges@sydneywater.com.au.
